8月16日，美團無人機在八達嶺長城開通北京首條常態(tài)化無人機配送航線，配送航線降落點設在八達嶺長城南城延長線的南九城樓。這也意味著，在該降落點區(qū)域附近的游客可以掃碼下單體驗美團機送外賣。無論是飲用水、簡餐，還是防暑、應急藥品，甚至是來一把防曬傘或者雨披，都能通過外賣下單體驗無人機“飛著送”，而從游客下單到外賣到手最快約20分鐘。
